You’ve got questions; we’ve got the intel. Here is everything you need to know about how we operate, how fast we move, and what happens if things don't go perfectly.


Orders & Shipping

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re focused on mastering domestic delivery before we take our talents across the pond.

How long does delivery take? We know you need that gift yesterday. Here is the general timeline once your order leaves our hands:

  • Standard (Non-Personalized) Gifts: 3–6 business days, depending on proximity to warehouse location. Orders are typically shipped out within 24-48 hours of the order.

  • Personalized Gifts: 5–8 business days (greatness takes a little extra time). Personalized orders are typically shipped out within 72 hours of the order.

  • The "Holiday Buffer": During peak seasons like Father’s Day or Christmas, please add an extra 1–3 days to the timelines above to account for the shipping madness.


Products & Customization

Are you a monthly subscription box? Nope. We believe in intentional gifting, not recurring clutter. We aren't a subscription service because we want you to choose the perfect gift for a specific moment, rather than sending a random box every month that might end up in a drawer.

What if I want to swap one item in a pre-curated box? Our themed boxes are designed as a complete, cohesive experience, so we don't swap individual items within them. However, if you want total control, check out our Build Your Box feature. You can hand-pick every single item to create a 100% custom gift.


Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy? We want you (and him) to be thrilled. If not, here is the breakdown:

  • Gift Boxes: We accept returns within 30 days of placement. The box must be returned in its entirety, with all products intact and unused.

  • Personalized Gifts: Because these are custom-made for you, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Damaged Items: If something arrives broken, Contact Us immediately. We’ll send a return label and get a replacement out to you faster than a New York minute.
