This wonderful chocolate, spicy, and slightly savory bitter was specifically designed to complement tequila and mezcal cocktails, but also tastes great with bitter orange Campari cocktails. It can bring flavor as a bitter or culinary partner, bringing the kitchen to the bar and the bar to the kitchen.

Mr. Lee's Ancient Chinese Secret Bitters
Mr. Lee was the name that the crafter's students in China gave him when he was teaching there. The flavors are one-of-a-kind but mirror the flavor of Chinese Five Spice. All of our favorite Chinese spices are found in this bitter: ginger, galangal, mandarin, lemon grass, Sichuan peppercorn, star anise, and many more. Great for Whiskey, Gin, and Rum cocktails.
